Sydnee Luxe High Neck Playsuit by Anita Kaushik
I’m so excited to introduce one of my first pieces for Luxêmme; the bright, colourful and very playful Sydnee Luxe High Neck Playsuit! It fits close to the body, shows off lots of lovely leg and has simple but elegant zip embellishments to add just a touch of bling. It really is one of my favourite new party outfits.
Deep, warm shades are very in right now which is why I love the rich rust colour of this playsuit. It’s bright and eye-catching and will definitely make me stand out from the crowd, but the tone is a little warmer than the intense neon oranges we tend to see in spring and summer which makes it perfect for this time of year. The zip detail around the middle and down the back of the playsuit are in a delicate light rose gold colour which really complements the red-orange material, too.
Polo necks are all over the place this autumn and they’re not just for jumpers, as you can see with this playsuit which has a really cute high neck and collar. This high neck style is a little bit 60s which I really love, so to complete the look with a retro vibe I recommend going for big, voluminous hair. Who doesn’t love a bit of a glam beehive? A thick sweep of black liquid liner along the eyelid and lashings of mascara will add the perfect finishing touches.
Accessories? Mega high heels are a must! Mini skirts were all over this year’s autumn catwalks which means it’s all about the legs - that’s why this playsuit is cut nice and short to allow you to show off your pins. Emphasise that leggy look with super high heels. I think wedges always look great with playsuits, so go for either a simple black pair or coordinate with a deep orange pair to match the colour of the playsuit. I’d recommend keeping jewellery simple; the visible zips down the back and around the waist add a little bit of sparkle without being OTT, so let the outfit speak for itself without adding too much bling.
There you have it - my bold, beautiful and ever-so-slightly retro Sydnee Luxe High Neck Playsuit. I hope you love it as much as I do!
