Returns Policy

We hope you’ll love everything you buy from Luxemme, but we promise a full refund if you’re unhappy with your purchase – just return your item(s) to us within 14 days from the date shown on your dispatch note. You can expect your refund 14 days from the date we receive your returned item(s), or, if you choose to send us proof of postage, from the day we receive evidence you’ve returned your goods and they’re on their way to our warehouse.

If you have ordered a "made to order" garment which are based and created on customer approval of the order details provided to Refunds/Returns for ‘made to order’ orders with a ‘placed’ customer order will not be accepted.

Once an order has been placed the manufacturing stage of the garment starts immediately and costs are bourne immediately by us. Therefore we stress that once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. In a situation where the product is faulty, we will more than happily alter the garment free of charge if notified within 7 days of delivery.

Notification of a fault with a bespoke order must be made by email to Luxemme within 7 days of delivery. The product must be retained in an unused condition and the cost of any loss or damage of the product will be charged to the customer. Garments that have been altered and amended externally will not be accepted.

We do not accept and cannot process any alterations without being notified via email to confirm the alterations address For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery or courier service with adequate insurance cover as cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

Please handle all items with care. Item(s) must be returned to us intact, undamaged and as soon as reasonably possible. When trying on item(s) of clothing please do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing make-up, perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks. We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed.
